Casa Barú White is our unaged pot-still rum, created to preserve the vibrant character of the sugarcane syrup and distillation itself. Clear in appearance but far from neutral, it opens with fresh fruit and aromas reminiscent of freshly pressed sugarcane, followed by bright citrus and an unexpected herbal character that can recall the vibrancy of a blanco tequila. Aromatic and medium-bodied, with gentle spice and a clean, lively finish, it brings distinctive personality to classic rum cocktails while remaining expressive enough to enjoy on its own or over ice.
