Shipping & Returns
Delivery. We deliver inside Panama City, up to the Bridge of the Americas, within 24 hours of your order, on business days. Orders placed on a day we are closed are delivered within 24 hours of reopening. Delivery to the door costs US$3.00, shown at checkout. Orders outside this area cannot be accepted for now.
Pickup. Calle 11 Este, Casco Antiguo, 1 pm to 6 pm. Bring a valid ID. Someone else can collect your order only with your email authorization.
Age check. Alcohol is sold to people 18 or older. ID may be requested at pickup or delivery. If age cannot be verified, the order is cancelled and refunded.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when you receive it. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, or the issue is on our side, report it within 48 hours at info@casa-baru.com with photos. We will replace it or refund it in full to the original payment method, your choice.
Returns
Because bottles are sealed products, we cannot take back opened or unwanted bottles. An order can be cancelled for a full refund before it is ready for pickup or out for delivery. Refunds go to the original payment method.
