Terms of Sale

Casa Barú (Panama Craft Spirits, S.A., RUC 155721046-2-2022 DV88) sells bottles directly through casabaruexperiences.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1) Prices and taxes

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include ITBMS. The delivery fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct pricing or description errors before accepting an order.

2) Age restriction

Alcohol is sold only to persons 18 or older. We may ask for ID at pickup or delivery. If age cannot be verified, we cancel the order and refund it.

3) Ordering and payment

Payment is made in full at checkout by card, Yappy or PayPal. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We do not store card data; payments are handled by our payment providers. We may cancel an order for stock errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

4) Pickup

Pickup is at Calle 11 Este, Casco Antiguo (our Casco venue), from 1 pm to 6 pm. Bring a valid ID. Another person may collect your order only if you authorize them by email.

5) Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when you receive it. Report any damaged, missing or wrong item to info@casa-baru.com within 48 hours, with photos, and we will replace it or refund it.

6) Cancellations and returns

You may cancel for a full refund until we tell you your order is ready for pickup or out for delivery. After that, and for opened bottles, sales are final, except for the damaged or wrong items covered above. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

7) Workshops and experiences

Bookings made on our website follow the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.

8) Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
